Lauren Hall, a 25 year old Chicago native, is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter who’s been singing since she was just 5 years old. After making her mark in iconic Chicago music venues such as the House of Blues in Chicago, Lauren decided to take a leap of faith by moving across the country from Chicago to Los Angeles in 2016 to pursue her singing career.

Since moving to Los Angeles, she has made her rounds singing and/or headlining at various Southern California venues such as the famous Whisky A Go-Go.

Lauren's vocals have been described as “soulful, with a touch of sass and rasp”. Her music blends soulful, strong, piano and vocally-driven songs with Pop/R&B stylings. While considering herself a singer/songwriter, her music transcends genres.

In June 2019, Lauren released her self-written debut single, Rainy Day in the City, a powerful, upbeat tune that teaches us about the ups and downs of heartbreak.

Lauren is inspired by a large range of artists including Adele, Alicia Keys, H.E.R., Sam Smith, Lady Gaga, and Maggie Rogers.

Most recently, Lauren was featured as a Top 32 contestant on NBC's The Voice, first being chosen by Kelly Clarkson and later being stolen by Blake Shelton.

Lauren is currently writing and recording new music and is set to release her debut EP in 2020.

"Transcendent and eclectic artist Lauren Hall originally from Chicago is here to change the pop music scene."
